Next Digital delivers fan messages to Springboks
Next Digital's head office may be in Australia, but all hands are on deck to ensure good luck messages are sent to the South Africa Springboks as they ready themselves for the Rugby World Cup final.
A campaign has been developed to leverage Ford South Africa's sponsorship of the national South Africa rugby team, the Springboks. In a first of its kind in South Africa, the campaign focuses on user-generated content and the passion of the local fans to motivate and congratulate players via. email and SMS. They may post text, video or photo messages to the team.
Thousands of good luck messages have been posted and messages have increased since the Springboks made the final.
"The fan website is a great way to leverage our sponsorship of the Springboks", Liz Venter of Ford South Africa said. "We were impressed with the solution presented by Next Digital and see this as an ongoing method to bring the fans closer to the Boks in the future."
The campaign has been run in conjunction with JWT South Africa.
Next Digital has 188 staff in offices in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Bangkok and Shanghai.
Next Digital's services are offered under 4 main banners; Digital Presence, Digital Communications, Digital Solutions and Digital Advertising.
