Next Digital acquires designIT
The first of several new acquisitions has been finalised by Next Digital as it gears up for a busy 2nd half of 2007.
designIT joins Next Digital adding additional experience to its web presence operations. designIT, established for 11 years, are web design and content management system experts. They provide consulting, design, development and implementation of web solutions such as websites, intranets and extranets.
designIT clients include Metlink, Hobson, Federal Publishing Group, SABA & Satch.
Arthur Spanos, CEO of Next Digital, welcomed designIT and said their arrival signalled the start of a number of further acquisitions to be finalised in the next 3 months. "Our business will continue to grow because our clients are investing more in digital. We want the best people with the best skills to join our business so we can deliver the best results" Mr. Spanos said.
