Based on some of the worlds best practices to ensure successful project delivery, and consistently being revised and improved, our methodologies focus on flexible process guidance. We try to reduce the number of unnecessary events (documents, meetings etc) while using our experience to ensure what we deliver is what the client is requesting.

FLEXIBLE
Flexibility is a key aspect of our Methodology. A number of our clients have existing IT processes that we must adhere to, while other have very little and look to?Next Digital?for guidance.

Processes and Methodologies are designed to improve project success, but sometimes these processes and methodologies hinder more than help. Realising this, Next Digital has ensured our Process and Methodologies are lightweight and add value.
TOOLS
We use a number of tools to ensure that everyone is aware of the project status, from the customers to the Project Managers to the Development Teams. These tools include:
- Team Foundation Server - Microsoft's first generation of IT project delivery guidance tools.
- my.next - my.next is our custom built tool for collection, organising and tracking work within Next Digital. Now tightly integrated with Team Foundation Server, my.next ensures accurate tasks and hours are tracked for all projects.
- Extensive Staging Infrastructure - Next Digital makes available an entire staging environment for all our customers work.
